Meet Ronnie L. Rice
Ronnie L. Rice is the owner of R2 Enterprises, LLC Consulting and the brand designer of R.I.S.E.® (Reach In-Side) for Excellence Motivational Wear. Hailing from the Chicagoland region, Ron brings more than 30 years of professional experience across computer operations, training and development, field sales and marketing, and auto-manufacturing human resources.
A retired professional, author, speaker, and leadership-focused consultant, Ron is committed to helping others pursue excellence through personal growth, professional development, and effective leadership. His work reflects a passion for equipping individuals and organizations with practical insight, motivation, and purpose-driven strategies.

Personal Life
Beyond his professional work, Ron is married to his high school sweetheart and is a proud father of four children and grandfather of four grandchildren. His pastimes include fitness exercising, watching college football, reading non-fiction, enjoying time with his grandchildren, studying Spanish, and gardening.
